A Romanian man will not have to worry about penis stretching, exercise or other forms of enhancement for an indefinite amount of time. A Romanian doctor has been ordered to pay $795,000 to a patient whose penis was accidentally severed during an operation. Dr. Naum Ciomu made a negligent error during a routine testicle exercise and severed the penis rather than making an incision in the testicle.

The Bucharest Magistrate Court ordered that compensation be paid since the doctor had been "superficial" in his approach to the surgery. Dr. Ciomu is also being sentenced to a one year suspended prison sentence, though there is an option for appeal.

A piece of muscle has been attached where the man’s penis once was. But the enhancement was only a cosmetic one. The prosthetic penis can not exercise in the manner the male genitalia normally should.
