Most people who have just started their business face the problem of recruiting in their first three months. Prospects wants proof that you are making money, but obviously you are not, because you have not recruited anyone yet. Therefore they don't want to sign up before they see it's profitable for you.

Here comes the issue, you need them in order to make money, they won't join you if they don't see you making money. So my suggestion is, marketing. Scrap the warm marketing ideas you've heard all before. They can work, if most of the people you know are network marketers.

Just think about who presented the MLM business to you and why you chose/chose not to join the opportunity. Most likely it has to do with who presented it.

Educating yourself on marketing and people skills are crucial. As this is a people business, then listening in to others problems and being able to solve it, is important. By solving others problems you show yourself as a leader and add huge amount of value to yourself. That is the modern way of doing MLM businesses. The old school methods may work for some, but for most, its doomed to fail before they even sign up.

MLM companies are nothing less than a money making system. This is lucrative right, a system for how to make money. The trouble starts if you don't know how to make that system work. It is like having a brand new car, but you don't have the key so you can't even start using it. I recommend you get plugged into a marketing system to build your business, like I do. I have done the old school method recruiting wise, and I strongly discourage to do it that way. Why spend hours bugging your friends when you can find motivated people online who wants to join your business today!
